We always strive to create the most intuitive and user-friendly Excel products possible, but we understand that guidance may still be needed. To that end, we make available a Help & Support section in almost every Excel product we sell. In addition, in every product page we make available a video walk through displaying all features of the Excel product and how to use it. We recognize that our Excel Templates were built on Windows and with Windows in mind. However, if you have a recent Excel version (2010 and above), most of our templates will also work well on Mac.

All our templates work with Excel 2010 or later versions, and most will also work on Excel 2007 (claim based on feature comparison between the two versions and not based on testing of our Excel products in Excel 2007).

Most likely not. All Excel products that use Macros (file extension xlsm) will not work on Excel mobile, and even the Excel products that do not contain macros were built specifically for Desktop and therefore may have limited usability in Excel mobile app.

If you use the Excel products downloaded directly from our website, Etsy store or any other Excel Wonders point of sale, you can be assured that they are safe. All our templates are clean and heavily tested for safety and efficiency.

No. Any product purchased from Excel Wonders must be for usage only. Sharing or re-selling it is not allowed and such rules are stipulated in our Terms & Conditions (which all users agree to before purchasing our Excel products).

Our Terms & Conditions stipulate that purchasers of Excel Wonders products may use the product in a context of a team, where multiple people use the same file. Therefore, purchasers may place Excel Wonders products in shareable folders or company intranet networks as long as the intent is for team collaboration and not simply sharing the template for other individuals to download and use on their own.

At Excel Wonders, you can pay either via Credit Card (via Stripe, no account needed) or PayPal (account needed). If you have any problems using these payment types, Contact Us.

No. Once you purchase one of our Excel products, you have no other fee needed.

When you insert your Credit Card information, we actually do not store nor see it. We use Stripe, the largest payment gateway in the world, to process payments. Therefore, when you insert your Credit Card details, you are actually providing it to Stripe via a screen that is installed in our website. Stripe does not pass that information to us.

As soon as you reach the Order Confirmation page, you should be able to download the Excel product immediately. You can do so either by clicking the link on the Order Confirmation e-mail or through the "My Orders" page within your account.

We appreciate your message and strive to respond as quickly as we can. Our average response time is between 3 and 5 business days.

You can absolutely download the Excel product at ExcelWonders.com. You must first log in, access your account, go to "My Orders" and locate the order corresponding to the Excel prodcut you wish to download. Once you find it, click on it and within the order page, you can click "Download" to retrieve the file again. You should be able to then to find the file in your computer, inside its default Downloads page.

When you arrive at the Order Confirmation page, our website triggers immediately an Order Confirmation email instantly. However, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes for you to receive the email, even though we triggered immediately as you completed the order. Therefore we kindly ask you to wait 10 minutes. If you still have not received the Order Confirmation e-mail, you can access the file at "My Orders" within your account page, at ExcelWonders.com. If you still have issues, please Contact Us.

We attempt to build Excel products that, from a functionality and design perspective, seem as final as possible. However, we value the suggestions of our users and understand that with the updates on Microsoft Excel that get released, some updates are needed. When we need to update an Excel product of ours, we send an email communication to every user who ever purchased that Excel product, notifying that there is a new updated version for download. You can then click on that link to download (after logging in).

We offer full refunds within the first 15 days of purchase of an Excel product, as long as the reason for the refund is related exclusively with the existance of one or more bug on the file in questions, and such existance of bugs was validated by the Excel Wonders team.

Before releasing each Excel product at Excel Wonders, we conduct rigorous testing to pressure-test every single possible scenario on how this Excel file can be used for and spot mistakes. However, it's possible that we may miss something or a feature used to work but no longer works due to a new update of Microsoft Excel that Microsoft quietly pushed through. In that case, we welcome you to Contact Us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We put our Excel products inside of ZIP folders for compression, security and convenience reasons. Therefore, when you download one of our Excel products, you will see a ZIP file being downloaded instead. Not to worry, your Excel product is inside. To access the Excel file within that ZIP folder, you must first extract it into your computer, using the native Windows feature (click on the folder with the right button of your mouse, and click "Extract All") or a software such as WinZip, 7-Zip or WinRar.

Absolutely! You can request a custom excel, referrencing one of our Excel products that you have purchased in the past, and within the description for that custom excel mention that you wish to delete or replace the logo of Excel Wonders (you may request for instance a swap with your own or company logo, and you can also ask for changes in theme coloring).

No, our Excel products work as soon as you download the ZIP folder and extract it to your local computer. All you need to do is to open the Excel file. If the Excel product requires macros to be enabled (you can see that if the Excel product has a ".xlsm" extension), then you must enable Macros.

We pride to build Excel products that look and function in a way that most people would not believe they are Excel (we get a lot "is this really Excel?!"). To accomplish that, we use Macros in most of our Excel files. In every Product Detail Page we specify if this product uses Macros or not, but you can also spot that when you download (if the Excel product has a ".xlsm" extension).

Absolutely! We make available at every Product Detail Page of our Excel products a video walkthrough that explains in detail how to use every single feature of the product you are about to buy, as well as the Excel product as a whole in your day-to-day.

Excel does not have such a feature to "reset" a file. Instead, we recommend that you download a fresh copy from ExcelWonders.com. You must first login, access your account, click on "My Orders", locate the order that contains the Excel product you want to download, and click on it. There, you will find a Download button, which once clicked, will start a download of an empty version of that Excel product.

Our Excel products are not locked at the file level. However, those Excel products that make use of Macros, are indeed locked at sheet level (i.e. every sheet is password-protected). This was a difficult decision for us to make, but after our first tests with early joiners of ExcelWonders.com, we received several reports of products no longer working as they used to. The root cause was always the same: as all sheets were unlocked, it took a user mistep to make a critical update on the sheet that disrupted the way it worked. Once we protected the sheets with a password (keeping input areas available as normal), we no longer had this issue and therefore decided to keep it this way.

Microsoft Excel, as any software program, receives recurrent updates/builds, which sometimes is known to cause bugs in existing files, especially when it comes to Excel files with macros. This is not exclusive to the excel files we create, it's across all Excel files. However, we've created a guide that showcases 2 simple methods to fix suddenly corrupted files.

At the moment, all Excel products we create are exclusively made for Microsoft Excel, and therefore we cannot guarantee that they will work with Google Sheets, and we don't have versions of our products made as Google Sheets Templates.

Yes, we offer customization services for an Excel product you purchased from us. We can alter either the look & feel of the Excel product or certain aspects of how it functions (or both!). Please access the Custom Excel page and place your request.

We also have the ability to build Excel products from scratch, although naturally those requests will take a significantly longer timeline and require more interactions along the way. Please Contact Us and in the message field, give us a brief description of what you are looking for. Most likely, we will request a call to learn more about your request, and shortly after, we send you a quote. Upon acceptance and payment, we start building and deliver upon a pre-established timeline.

We do not offer services to convert our Excel products into Google Sheets templates.
