The goal planner I needed!
This goal planner has helped me stay on track with planning out my goals and making them more manageable. It helps you break goals into step-by-step plans, tasks and milestones. You can also set prioritization and due dates. I feel like finding this template (which I never would have made this nice myself!) has been a big step forward in working toward my goals and keeping myself accountable.
