This template is a visual tool for managing workflow. It uses a board with six customizable columns to represent stages of a process. Tasks are represented by cards that you can move between columns, providing a clear overview of work status.
First, go to the 'Settings' sheet to configure your board. Here you can customize the column labels and set preferences for task counts and visibility. After setup, go to the 'Kanban Board' sheet to begin adding tasks.
Yes. You can edit the names of the six columns by going to the 'Settings' sheet and changing the labels for each stage.
On the 'Kanban Board' sheet, click the 'New Task' button located above the board. A form will appear for you to enter the task details. After you confirm, the new task card will be added to your board.
Yes. Click the 'Filters' button on the 'Kanban Board' sheet to open the filtering options. After you apply your selections, the board will display only the tasks that match your criteria. You can clear all filters by clicking 'Reset Filters'.
Find the task card you wish to edit. In the bottom-right corner of the card, double-click the view/edit icon (eye symbol). The task form will appear with the existing information, ready for you to make changes. Click confirm to save.
