Navigate to the 'Speech' sheet to begin. If there is placeholder content, you can delete it. On this sheet, you can add, edit, and remove individual lines to build your speech.
The template organizes your speech into three main parts: Introduction, Body, and Conclusion. For each line you add, you must specify its duration in seconds. You can also optionally enable and add notes for transitions and non-verbal cues in 'Settings'.
Yes. You can create a more streamlined planner by going to the 'Settings' sheet and disabling the 'Transitions' and 'Non-Verbal Communication' options. This will leave a basic structure focused on content and duration.
The 'Rehearse' sheet is a practice tool. Once you have entered the content and duration for each line of your speech, this feature will display each line for its specified time, allowing you to practice your delivery and timing.
Next to the progress bar, you will find three controls: • Start: Begins the rehearsal, displaying each line of your speech in sequence. • Pause: Temporarily stops the rehearsal. • Stop: Ends the rehearsal and resets the timer to the beginning.
